Launched in July 1999, Elite was established as a wholly owned subsidiary company of BP. Since then, our client base including BP Australia and BP New Zealand has expanded to include the internationally recognised brand of Castrol Australia and New Zealand.

Size

As part of the BP group of companies, Elite sits within a global organisation with operations in over 100 countries across Europe, North and South America, Australasia and Africa.

Elite’s workforce has also grown considerably since 1999, and now employs nearly 400 staff.

Goals

Goals that are centred on process efficiency improvements and sales revenue targets have secured strong customer satisfaction and loyalty, and have positioned Elite as the true leader in customer service and care in the highly competitive customer and shared services landscape.
